In-page lookup, Reading Assist, and sign-in
The extension no longer just hands articles over to the desktop app — you can read and learn inside the browser. Sign in, look up any word with an explanation matched to your level, have long sentences rewritten, and see the words you've saved highlighted wherever you read.
New Features
- Sign in with Google, Apple, or an email code — the sign-in opens in a normal browser tab, so an account you're already signed into carries over, and your reader preferences follow your account
- Select a word or phrase in Reader Mode to look it up, explain it, translate it, listen to it, or copy it — the lookup card gives one meaning matched to your level, with US and UK pronunciation and examples you can play
- Reading Assist rewrites a long sentence into a simpler version at your level, with a translation alongside it when you need one
- Words you've saved are highlighted in every article you open, and you can turn on inline meanings to show them above the word as you read
- The interface is available in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and a quick-start page opens the first time you install
