We enforce a strict Zero Model Training guarantee. Your reading materials, lookups, highlights, notes, and translations are never used to train or fine-tune any foundation AI models.

To ensure fast and accurate responses worldwide, SentiaRead routes requests to leading AI models optimized for your region:

• Global region: Powered by Google Gemini for nuanced contextual English comprehension and advanced sentence restructuring.
• Mainland China region: Powered by DeepSeek and routed through domestic edge acceleration for fast, reliable response times.
• User choice: You can switch your preferred service region at any time in Settings > Account.

All user account data, reading progress, and vocabulary lists remain encrypted and stored in secure US data centers. Switching service regions only directs AI inference queries through the optimized edge route.

You never hand your card details to us. All payments are processed by trusted providers:

• App Store: Purchases on iPhone and iPad are billed by Apple.
• Google Play: Purchases on Android are billed by Google.
• Stripe: Purchases on macOS, Windows, and the web are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment platform.

SentiaRead never sees or stores your card details. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Your data belongs to you. You can request a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete your account at any time.

When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

We follow the data-protection laws that apply to our users, including the GDPR in the EU and EEA, the CCPA and CPRA in California, and the PIPL in China. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we store and why.
